UWS double-wide sells for $45M, sets neighborhood townhouse record
A double-wide mansion on the Upper West Side traded for nearly 50 percent off — but still managed to set a new record for the neighborhood. The home at 48-50 West 69th Street sold for $45 million, a significant markdown from its last asking price of $85 million, according to public records.
