I was inspired to get involved in real estate because of my father who was an Italian immigrant workin g to live the American Dream. After establishing a successful Italian restaurant and pizzeria in Jersey City, my dad started flipping houses and becoming successful in the real estate world. This encouraged me to learn more about the industry and pushed m e to pursue a part - time career as a realtor while working full - time as a teacher. Eventually, I made my part - time passion project my full time career. I absolutely love helping people find their dream home and can’t wait to see your smiles at the closing table! I am a great negotiator and a creative problem solver, which is extremely helpful in navigating real estate transactions. I also look forward to working with entrepreneurs looking to start their own business. Along with helping them find a commercial space, I can share my experience of building a successful business which is a venture my wife and I took on when we opened her dental practice in Verona, NJ in 2014.

I’m so glad my partner and I choose Chris Greco as our realtor. He is not only patient and understanding, but he is highly knowledgeable about houses and the market. Chris knew what to look for in a house and even more so what you wouldn’t want in a house. He not only thinks about the house in its current condition, but also about how things could be in the future so that you can make an informed decision about putting in an offer. Despite being in such a crazy market he was able to guide us through the offer and closing process quickly and efficiently all while getting us the best deal possible. Dealing with today’s market, you have to act fast. I really don’t think anyone could’ve acted as fast as Chris did. He has all the contacts you need to get a closing done. Our lender, attorney, title agency and house inspector were all recommended by him. In our particular circumstance, Chris really brought in the cavalry and took us through the process of touring the house, putting in an offer, and closing in ONE month. You can’t go wrong with him!
