Whose rats are they anyway? That’s the question at the center of an escalating legal battle between William Gottlieb Real Estate and fashion designer Donna Karan. The two sides have traded lawsuits centered on Urban Zen, the Manhattan boutique owned by the designer at 705 Greenwich Street, and the vacant lot next door, No. 703, owned by an affiliate of William Gottlieb Real Estate.
