Brooklyn luxury contracts crawl toward end of summer
For the second straight week, Brooklyn’s luxury contracts failed to crack double-digit contract signings. The borough notched seven contracts for homes asking at least $2 million from Aug. 31 to Sep. 6, according to Compass’ weekly report on Brooklyn’s luxury market. Total contract volume was $24 million.
