BroadRange Logistics sued for tenant improvement fraud scheme
The owner of a Pennsylvania warehouse sued BroadRange Logistics, alleging the firm engaged in a scheme to defraud the property owner out of millions of dollars in tenant improvement funds. KSG, the owner of a 600,000-square-foot warehouse in Mount Pocono, Pennsylvania, alleges it entered into a 20-year lease with BroadRange Logistics and agreed to provide $11 million in tenant improvement allowance.
