Billionaire Chris Burch lists Hamptons home five years after buy
The billionaire co-founder of Tory Burch is selling his Water Mill estate, five years after buying the Hamptons home. Chris Burch, a venture capitalist and chief executive officer of Burch Creative Capital, listed his property at 258 Horsemill Lane for $39.5 million, the New York Post reported. Should he fetch that price, it would work out to nearly $3,300 per square foot. Burch, the ex-husband of Tory Burch, bought the property back in 2021 for $29 million.
