Gut-renovated Brooklyn Heights home snags deal after asking $13M
A remade Brooklyn Heights townhouse topped Brooklyn’s luxury contracts last week. The contract was one of 19 signed — six condos, one co-op, 12 single-family homes — for homes asking at least $2 million, according to Compass’ weekly contracts report. The total contract volume was $73 million. The previous week saw 28 contracts signed for $93 million.
