Has Chobani soured on Noho? Almost two years after the Greek yogurt giant announced plans to turn a new office building at 360 Bowery into its global headquarters, its much-hyped “Chobani House” remains conspicuously quiet. The 22-story boutique building at the southwest corner of East Fourth Street appears finished on the outside. But inside, there’s little sign of the ambitious office and community hub that Chobani unveiled in October 2024.
