Ditmas Park has a new home record. The home at 1221 Albemarle Road in the Brooklyn neighborhood sold for $6.25 million, going for $250,000 over its last asking price and setting a Ditmas Park record in the process. Built in 1904, the Colonial Revival-style home at 1221 Albemarle has a number of restored original touches from the era, including its parquet floors, decorative moldings and woodwork, a central staircase and stained-glass windows.
