Billionaire Ziff family shatters Dutchess County home sale record
The Ziff family added tens of millions more to their fortune, shattering a Hudson Valley home sale record in the process. The Ziffs sold a 1,337-acre estate in Dutchess County’s Pawling for $33.3 million late last month, Mansion Global reported. The identity of the buyer could not be determined. Less in doubt is the historic nature of the sale.
