ZD Jasper makes biggest condo bet yet in LIC
ZD Jasper is making its biggest bet yet on the Long Island City condo market. The Great Neck-based developer launched sales Wednesday at the Paragon, a 182-unit building at 45-40 Vernon Boulevard, making it one of the first condo projects on the LIC waterfront in over a decade. A Serhant New Development team led by Kayla Lee is leading sales at the building. Lee said that 30 percent of the units were already in contract before sales launched this week.
