West Village townhouse leads sparse week for Manhattan luxury deals
A townhouse in the West Village crowned a sluggish week for luxury deals in Manhattan. The home at 48 Jane Street, asking just under $15 million, was the priciest of just 17 properties asking $4 million or more to snag signed contracts between Sept. 21 and Sept. 27, according to Olshan Realty’s weekly report. The total was down from the previous period, during which buyers inked deals for 19 homes.
