Tishman Speyer fully leases former Macy’s building
Tishman Speyer has finally filled the Wheeler. Brooklyn Defender Services, which provides free legal representation, signed a 31-year lease for 212,000 square feet at 422 Fulton Street, the companies announced. The deal brings the building, known as the Wheeler, to full occupancy. Commercial Observer first reported the news. The nonprofit joins a roster of tenants including Brooklyn Prospect and St. Francis College. BDS’ offices will occupy six full floors of the 10-story development.
