Add Clinton Hill to the list of Brooklyn neighborhoods reporting pricey new records in the last year. The home at 374 Washington Avenue sold for $9.4 million in an off-market deal, making it the priciest home sold in the neighborhood, Curbed reported. The record was confirmed by Leslie Garfield’s Matthew Lesser, Matthew Lipsky, and Sophie Smadbeck, who had the listing. The 25-foot-wide home spans over 7,000 square feet with five bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet.
