Rebuilt Cobble Hill townhouse snags contract after asking $13M
A financier’s townhouse, rebuilt from the ground up, topped Brooklyn’s luxury market last week. The townhouse was one of 25 contracts signed last week for Brooklyn homes asking at least $2 million, according to Compass’ weekly contracts report. Deals were made for 17 condos, one co-op and seven houses for a total contract volume of $81 million. The previous week saw 28 contracts signed for $86 million.
