Puck Building condo sells for $42M in off-market deal
A condo at the Kushner Companies’ Puck Residences has snagged the priciest sale yet for the building. Unit 9C at 295 Lafayette Street traded for roughly $42 million, according to public records. The deal comes out to roughly $8,500 per square foot for the 5,000-square-foot apartment, according to Marketproof. The seller, an entity titled Lyford Holdings LLC and addressed at Penthouse 2 in the building, bought the unit for $28.5 million in 2016.
