Pacific Oak REIT eyes $400M for FiDi office tower amid fire-sale liquidation
The brainchild of Los Angeles-based Pacific Oak Capital Advisors is looking to sell a Financial District office tower as part of a liquidation plan with Israeli bondholders. Pacific Oak Strategic Opportunity REIT put the nearly 1 million-square-foot office building at 110 William Street up for sale, The Real Deal has learned. The company is eyeing a price tag of about $400 million. The building is 93 percent leased, mostly to a handful of New York City government agencies, according to an offering memo from Newmark.
