One High Line snags contract for penthouse asking $27M
Following a turbulent eight years since launching sales, Witkoff Group and Access Industries’ One High Line has found a buyer for its final penthouse. The condo at 500 West 18th Street, asking $26.6 million, was the priciest of 35 homes in Manhattan asking $4 million or more to snag signed contracts between June 8 and June 14, according to Olshan Realty’s weekly report. The total was on par with the previous period, when buyers inked deals for 36 properties.
