There were 254 transactions totaling $330 million filed in New York City records in the 24 hours before 4 p.m. on Wednesday, July 8. Residential The Upper West Side had the top home sale to hit records in the city. A townhouse at 69 West 83rd Street traded for $8.4 million. Karl Dasher was the seller. Andrew and Mylene Vaz were the buyers. The 7,300 square foot home has five bedrooms and over four and a half bathrooms.
