NYC’s top deals: Delshah drops $37M on apartment portfolio in Manhattan Valley
There were 211 transactions totaling $317 million filed in New York City records in the 24 hours before 4 p.m. on Thursday, July 30. Commercial: The biggest commercial sale to hit records was in Manhattan Valley where Delshah Capital bought five apartment buildings for $36.9 million. Quality Capital sold the properties at 3-5 and 7-9 West 108th Street, and 4, 8 and 10-16 Manhattan Avenue. The buildings cover about 118,000 square feet with 147 residential units between them.
