There were 205 transactions totaling $470 million filed in New York City records in the 24 hours before 4 p.m. on Friday, June 12. Commercial: The most expensive commercial sale to hit records was in Yorkville, where a nine-story, 73,300-square-foot office building at 210 East 86th Street traded for $64.1 million.
