Time and again, Nicolas Cage’s character successfully hunted down national treasures in the National Treasure film franchise. Now the actor has shown he can do the same with apartments. Cage purchased a condo at 160 Central Park South for $6.5 million, according to public records. The actor took out a $4.55 million mortgage for the deal, which included The home hit the market in March 2025 for $7.9 million, before the price dropped to $7.5 million in May.
