New dev condos at the Henry, Flatiron Building crown Manhattan’s lux market
A penthouse at Naftali Group’s Upper West Side project and a condo at the Flatiron Building conversion snagged the priciest contracts inked in Manhattan last week. The sponsor units were among the 19 homes in the borough asking $4 million or more that found buyers between Sept. 14 and Sept. 20, according to Olshan Realty’s weekly report.
