L3 Capital lands Zara in Williamsburg retail development
Zara is coming to Williamsburg, adding to the growing roster of retailers betting on the Brooklyn neighborhood. The Spanish fast fashion giant inked a lease at L3 Capital’s new retail development at 184-192 Bedford Avenue, The Real Deal has learned. The new location will occupy space on the lower level, ground and second floors of the 24,000-square-foot building, according to sources with knowledge of the deal.
