L+M Companies shuffles leadership
L+M Companies, the parent company of L+M Development Partners, LMXD and L+M Fund Management, is changing up its C-suite. Lisa Gomez, who became chief executive officer when Ron Moelis shifted to the chairperson role, is becoming the executive chair of the firm, the Commercial Observer reported. Moelis is set to continue as the chair of the company’s board. L+M Development partner Eben Ellertson is becoming the CEO of L+M Companies. Ellertson joined the firm in 2010 after stints in New York City affordable housing, investments and a real estate position in Michael Bloomberg’s mayoral administration.
