Jack Welch’s widow sells Upper East Side townhouse for $23M
Suzy Welch has completed her push to downsize on the Upper East Side. The author and widow of former General Electric CEO Jack Welch sold her Upper East Side townhouse at 160 East 81st Street for $23 million, property records show. Welch had listed the home in November with Corcoran’s Deborah Grubman for $26 million. The sale comes roughly half a year after Welch closed on a condo on Park Avenue for $24.2 million.
