Hollywood talent agency takes 100K sf at Empire State Building
One of Hollywood’s biggest talent agencies is moving to glitzier office digs in the Big Apple. United Talent Agency announced a 101,000-square-foot lease at the Empire State Building, a space that will encompass the 32nd through 35th floors, the New York Post reported. The asking rent at the crown jewel of Empire State Realty Trust’s office portfolio was $96 per square foot. The space will include three consolidated offices spanning a total of 81,000 square feet, according to the outlet. The length of the lease was not disclosed.
