Health care mogul Daryl Hagler to buy Camp Mesorah from bankruptcy

Daryl Hagler has emerged as a white knight for struggling landlords in recent years. He is now on the verge of becoming the savior of a popular summer camp in upstate New York.  Hagler’s entity, DHAN Masores, offered $5.6 million to acquire Camp Mesorah, an Orthodox Jewish summer camp in Guilford, New York, from Simad Holdings. Simad, the owner of 30 camps, is selling its camps through bankruptcy.
