The Philadelphia Phillies ace and his wife, Dominique, sold the penthouse at 73 Wooster Street in Soho for $26 million, the New York Post reported. The deal breaks down to $5,400 per square foot, the highest average price per square foot in the neighborhood in the last five years, according to the publication.
