Former Disney CEO buys Sherry-Netherland co-op for $10M
Former Disney CEO Michael Eisner and his wife, Jane, dropped $10 million on a co-op at the Sherry-Netherland. The couple purchased an apartment at 781 Fifth Avenue in an off-market deal from a trust tied to Edythe Broad, an art collector, philanthropist and widow of developer Eli Broad, according to public records. The trade was in line with other deals for full-floor apartments in the building’s tower, including Unit 27T, which sold for $9.4 million in 2023, and Unit 35T, which sold for $9.5 million that same year, according to Streeteasy.
