Final full-floor condo at 565 Broome tops Manhattan contracts
A deal for a full-floor residence at 565 Broome Street topped Manhattan’s luxury contracts, inching out a former Victoria’s Secret CEO’s townhouse. The contract was one of 27 signed for homes asking at least $4 million between June 22 and June 28, according to a report from Olshan Realty. Buyers signed deals for 17 condos, eight co-ops and two townhouses. Contract volume for the week was $190 million, down from $203 million the week prior.
