Fairfield home sets non-waterfront record with $12M sale
A Connecticut home rode the area’s steep price growth to a peak sale. The home in Fairfield sold for $12.3 million, setting a town record for a non-waterfront property, according to listing agent Libby McKinney Tritschler of William Raveis. The sellers, Meri Leigh and Francesco Daniele, bought the property at 260 Willow Street for $2.3 million in 2020 and undertook a near-complete teardown to rebuild a seven-bedroom, seven-bathroom home across more than 7,000 square feet on the 1.3-acre property.
