Dumbo crown jewel penthouse tops Brooklyn luxury contracts
The top-floor penthouse at 100 Jay Street scored the priciest contract in Brooklyn last week. The deal for the 33rd-floor unit in the Dumbo project was one of 21 — eight condos, one co-op and 12 single-family homes — signed for homes asking at least $2 million from Aug. 10 to Aug. 16., according to Compass’ weekly report on Brooklyn’s luxury market.
