Brooklyn’s luxury contracts notch slow start to October
Brooklyn’s luxury contracts had a slow start to October. The borough notched 20 contracts signed for properties asking at least $2 million from Sept. 30 to Oct. 4, according to Compass’ weekly report. The total contract volume was $64 million. Homes entering contract last week spent an average of 73 days on the market and had an average discount of 1 percent.
