Beechwood bringing flexible flavor to former TGI Friday’s
Michael Dubb wants snowbirds to get a load of what he has planned for the former home of Loaded Potato Skins. The Beechwood Organization is planning a 90-unit project at 829 Merrick Avenue in Westbury on Long Island, Newsday reported. The site formerly housed a TGI Friday’s, which closed in 2024 and was sold to Beechwood for more than $12.7 million last year. The luxury project is a unique one, especially for Long Island.
