Acadia Realty picks up supermodel’s West Village townhouse for $10M
Supermodel and actress Amber Valletta sold her West Village townhouse for just under $10 million. Valletta traded her home at 385 Bleecker Street in an off-market deal to an entity linked to real estate investment firm Acadia Realty Trust, according to public records. Acadia’s portfolio includes the property next door at 387 Bleecker Street, as well as nearby 382-384 Bleecker Street. The property, which also lists its address as 87 Perry Street, spans three floors and has two bathrooms, an open kitchen and a wood-burning fireplace in the primary bedroom.
