ZD Jasper swaps Serhant for Elliman at Hudson Yards condo
In a bid to jumpstart sales at its West Side condo from passive to active, ZD Jasper has swapped out sales teams. A Serhant New Development team led by Brian Chan and Marzena Wawrzaszek is taking over sales at the 121-unit development at 499 Ninth Avenue, known as the Vita.
