A New York City real estate scion has bought into a building known for attracting the generationally wealthy. Thomas Brodsky, partner at the Brodsky Organization, closed on a duplex at 740 Park Avenue for $15 million, according to public records. The apartment was sold through a trust. The 31-unit building, designed by Rosario Candela and maintained by a discerning co-op board, is known as much for its opulent apartments as well as its exclusive nature.
