One South Florida broker is betting on New York’s mayoral race chaos. Dina Goldentayer, a top broker with Douglas Elliman in Miami, took out a billboard in Times Square urging New Yorkers to ditch the Big Apple for the Magic City, seemingly capitalizing on the industry’s fears of a Zohran Mamdani victory in the mayoral race.
