Rabsky affiliate launches plans for major Bed-Stuy residential project
An affiliate of powerhouse developer Rabsky Group filed plans for two residential projects in Bed-Stuy totaling 197 units, marking a new conquest. Rafael Rabinowitz filed two plans with the Department of Buildings to construct a 99-unit project at 1150 Broadway and a 98-unit project at the neighboring 1164 Broadway. Both buildings will be 11 stories, records show. The architect is Kao Hwa Lee Architects PincusCo first reported the news.
