Park Slope’s priciest listing scores contract 
Two Brownstone Brooklyn townhouses asking over $10 million scored contracts last week. The first, a 6,500-square-foot home asking $14.5 million, was Park Slope’s most expensive listing at the time it went into contract. It was one of 20 homes that went into contract between Aug. 11 and Aug. 18, according to Compass’ weekly report for contracts signed on homes asking at least $2 million.
