Park Avenue’s office market is tight — and getting tighter. At Vornado Realty Trust and SL Green’s 280 Park Avenue, financial firms Elliott Investment Management, Wells Fargo and PJT Partner inked deals for a total of 90,000 square feet in the last three months, leaving a mere 19,000 square feet of available space. That’s just one example of the corridor’s limited inventory.
