The southern penthouse at 70 Vestry has lived many lives. It served as the backdrop to a Netflix reality show. Later, it became entangled in a divorce between the show’s star and her now ex-husband. Now it has a new claim, as one of downtown’s most expensive condos after trading for $57 million on Friday, according to public records.
