Residential: Greenwich saw the top residential deal recorded in New York City. Financier Roberto Redondo sold a co-op at 30 East 10th Street for $5.9 million to Brett and Mallory Weinberg. Brett Weinberg founded an advertising firm and Mallory Weinberg is a communications executive.
