Residential: The priciest residential deal recorded in New York was fashion designer Jill Stuart’s sale of a full-floor penthouse at the Urban Glass House at 330 Spring Street in Hudson Square. Nikolaos Panagiotopoulos and Aikaterini Bouzali paid just under $15 million for the condo, which went on the market in July 2023 for $24.5 million.
