Modlin Group inks partnership with Knight Frank
Knight Frank is making a comeback in New York. The London-based real estate consultancy is teaming up with the Modlin Group, one of the city’s top-producing brokerages with an outpost in the Hamptons, the two companies announced on Tuesday. The exclusive alliance comes about a year after Knight Frank ended its 15-year partnership with Douglas Elliman. Modlin’s nearly 30-year-old firm will remain independent, though the venture will allow Modlin to tap into Knight Frank’s global network, which includes 600 offices in Europe, the Middle East, Asia and the Americas.
