Former Brooklyn Nets star Ben Simmons relists Olympia Dumbo pad
One-time NBA superstar — and offshore fishing league owner — Ben Simmons is lowering the asking price to bait a buyer for his pad at Brooklyn’s Olympia Dumbo. The former Brooklyn Nets guard relisted his unit at 30 Front Street for $15 million, Realtor.com reported. The asking price is a reduction from the $17 million he sought at Fortis Property Group’s trophy development when he listed the condominium more than a year ago.
