FiDi penthouse asking $20M could snag neighborhood’s next biggest deal
It’s not quite Park Avenue, but the Seaport’s Park Row has carved out its spot as the go-to lane for big deals on the southern tip of Manhattan. The latest is a contract for one of the penthouse units at 33 Park Row asking $19.5 million. “Penthouse Three” went into contract Wednesday morning for “very close to the asking price,” said Compass’ Huihui Geng, who brought the buyer.
