Cushman moving NYC office to nearby Paramount building
Cushman & Wakefield is getting a new office — but only a few blocks away. The brokerage giant signed a 130,000-square-foot lease at Paramount Group’s 31 West 52nd Street, where it will relocate its New York office in late 2026, according to the Commercial Observer. It will also take over leasing duties at the 29-story Midtown tower. Cushman will occupy floors 11 through 15, a stack of contiguous space it says will enable a more collaborative and modern office layout.
