Carl Icahn’s business success is well-documented, despite recent struggles, but his ability to sell a penthouse luxury unit in New York City continues proving troublesome. Icahn and his wife, Gail, are relisting their unit atop the Museum Tower at 15 West 53rd Street for $23 million, the Wall Street Journal reported.
